Nihonmachi Street Fair Designated as a
SF Legacy Business
In 2024 the Nihonmachi Street Fair was officially designated as a San Francisco Legacy Business! This prestigious status recognizes our cultural significance and contributions to the Japantown community. Grateful to the Small Business Commission and Historic Preservation Commission, the Office of Small Business’ Legacy Business Program (Richard Kurylo) and Nikki Yoshikawa for bestowing us this honor!
This makes the Nihonmachi Street Fair the first organization that produces a festival in our great City to receive this honor!
The San Francisco Legacy Business program provides vital support to San Francisco’s historic institutions. With rent control and permitting assistance, we can focus on bringing the community together through exceptional cultural celebrations.
Grateful to all of our Sponsors for the 51st Annual Nihonmachi Street Fair.
